Yesterday it was revealed that Rino Sashihara of the Fukuoka-based idol group HKT48 will appear in Yuichi Fukuda's upcoming film Ore wa Mada Honki Dashitenai Dake and a video preview was released of her scene.
The movie is a live-action adaptation of a manga by Shunju Aono. Shinichi Tsutsumi stars as Shizuo Oguro, a divorced father who suddenly decides to quit his job to pursue a career as a manga artist at the age of 42.
Sashihara plays a manga editor named Aya Unami who stoically informs Oguro he's been rejected outright ("botsu desu.")
Here's the clip, followed by a brief comment and the film's teaser:
"Ore wa Mada Honki Dashitenai Dake" will be released in Japan on June 15, 2013.
