Asami in Yakuza Hunter

Yakuza Hunter was originally a 17-minute special feature included on the 893239 (aka Yakuza Niju-Sanku) special box set. Directed by Kazufumi Nakahira and Shinichi Okuda, it starred AV star Asami, Porsche Okite, and Sakichi Sato and was basically a goofy homage to Toei's Female Prisoner #701 movies from the early 70s. Today Asami posted an update on her blog saying that filming for a theatrical version will begin tonight at midnight. Why midnight? I guess they rented a store to film some scenes in and it's actually in business during the day. She also mentions there are already plans for a part 2 and 3.

Here's the trailer for the original version:

Whoops! There should be a video embedded here. Chances are you're viewing this article in a feed reader or on a device that doesn't support Flash. If not, try installing Adobe Flash Player.

Along with the post she included a photo taken on the set of Norobu Iguchi's RoboGeisha, which wrapped on 4/12.
