An all-female team of sex crime investigators puts themselves at risk when they attempt to track down a demented stalker without the support of their own department. When they’re subsequently captured and held prisoner by him, it’s up to Detective Ito (Hitoshi Ozawa) to find them before it’s too late.

From that point on he becomes a renowned plastic surgeon to the stars by day, and murderer of nubile young women by night. When a police detective starts to catch on to the doctor’s activities the stage is set for a confrontation.

In a dystopian future humanity has been forced underground. Settlements are stacked very deep, all of which are connected by transport elevators. One day a girl named Luchino hides in one of these elevators to escape the authorities when she is caught smoking. Unfortunately she does this at a time when a separate group of security forces are using the elevator to transport two extremely dangerous criminals. Suddenly an explosion cripples the elevator and the eclectic group of passengers which are now mixed in with two murderers are forced to fight for their survival in any way they can.
