Bokutachi to Chuzai-san no 700-nichi Senso is based on a blog novel which was later adapted to manga. The story involves a group of teenagers who get caught up in an escalating prank war with the local police officer (Chuzai-san). Each step of the way the officer manages to prank them back in humiliating ways, making the high schoolers even more determined to prank him back. For more info on the movie see this article.
