Dead Waves - Genius

A television producer named Hiroshi Usui attempts to boost the ratings of his network’s “Spirit Sightings” program by airing a real exorcism of a young girl named Runa (Shihori Kanjiya) but the event goes awry. Meanwhile, Hiroshi finds out about “Dead Waves” which are now being broadcast along with his show, piggybacking on normal television waves. Eventually he discovers that these dead waves are actually harmful spirits using their evil, vengeful energy to devour the souls of anyone unlucky enough to be watching.
