In Death Row Girls (Cougar no Shiro: Joshuu 1316, 2004), popular gravure idol Aki Hoshino stars as inmate 1316: a badass who was recently sent to an all-girl prison unit on a remote island. When she arrived she quickly learned that this is no ordinary prison. Instead, inmates are tortured and ruthlessly murdered by the corrupt prison guards with no hope of ever being released. She must use her physical combat skills as well as an arsenal of weapons picked up along the way to survive.
