After the secretary of author Munetuga Tokida was brutally murdered the author was absolved of the crime and vanished soon thereafter. For years after the murder the house was left untouched because people feared it was cursed. One day Kazuo receives a mysterious email informing him of a 50,000,000 yen reward for anyone who can enter the house and find clues to unravel the mystery of the murder that occurred there. He contacts a group of friends to join him for the challenge because in their school days they considered themselves ghost hunters. Once they enter the house they find themselves trapped in a dangerous situation, with the group’s ringleader Nobuo blaming outcast Aki for their troubles.

Region 1, NTSC with dubbed English audio track.

@yobgol Most DVDs are interlaced to look better on older TVs. It does seem a bit tougher for PC players to deinterlace Viz releases though (Thu. 4:47pm)
