After being executed in 1865 for crimes against the Tosa clan Okada Izo (Kazuya Nakayama) finds himself traveling through time guided only by his rage and slaughtering everyone in his path. A group of world leaders from different regions and time periods sees his existence as a threat to the world they’ve manipulated into existence and sends waves of enemies to stop his destructive rampage.
