Blu-ray release - Kitaro (BCI Eclipse) available on November 18, 2008

US distributor BCI Eclipse will be releasing Katsuhide Motoki's Kitaro (Gegege no Kitaro, 2007) on region A Blu-ray on November 28th.

Plot: A half-human, half-yokai named Kitaro (Eiji Wentz) lives in a tree house with other yokai (monsters). When a series of events leads to his friend Kento coming into possession of a powerful glowing stone that belongs to the Fox spirits, he and his yokai friends must keep the stone out of the wrong hands to save the human race from destruction.
