Tokyo Serendipity [Premium Edition] - Bandai Visual

In Tokyo Serendipity (Koisuru Madori, 2007), a college student named Yui (Yui Aragi) moves into an apartment on her own for the first time. After meeting her temperamental upstairs neighbor Takashi (Ryuhei Matsuda), the happy, outgoing Yui develops a crush on him. As it turns out, she is currently residing in the same apartment his ex-girlfriend Atsuko (Rinko Kikuchi) lived in. Also, by chance, Yui strikes up a friendship with Atsuko, leading to a quirky relationship between these three people. For the Standard Edition, see this link.
