Negotiator - Tokyo Shock

In Takashi Miike‘s Negotiator (Koshonin, 2003), three criminals hold a group of people hostage in a hospital as investigators try to figure out what their motives are. The story unfolds from several different perspectives until their motivations are finally revealed.
