New Fist of the North Star (Shin Hokuto no Ken, 2003) is a three-part OVA series produced by Toei Animation that was originally released in 2003 and 2004 in Japan. It is set after the events of the original manga. A man named Sanga has created a fortified zone called “The Last Land”. When he sends his cronies out to steal water, Kenshiro shows up to stop them.

Neo Tokyo (Meikyu Monogatari, 1987) is a sci-fi anthology film featuring 3 segments. In “Labyrinth Labyrintos”, a young girl named Sachi who stumbles into a a labyrinth world full of strange oddities. In “The Running Man”, Zach Hugh is the undefeated champion of a futuristic race with often deadly consequences for losers. When a reporter seeks an interview with the man, he discovers the real reason he never loses. Finally, in “Construction Cancellation Order”, a salaryman is sent to a South American jungle to put a stop to an automated building mission being controlled by self-sufficient robots his company lost all control of.
