Paradise - MVD Visual

A former anchorwoman named Erika (Shion Machida) goes back to her hometown to campaign for a seat in the National Narty. She ends up getting stranded on a deserted island with a local fisherman named Yohei (Hideo Sakaki), and the two of them experience an extraordinary level of panic and engage in a dramatic struggle for what little food can be found. All sense of civility is completely lost as desperation and sexual desire take over.
