Scrap Heaven - Tokyo Shock

When a political secretary hijacks a bus and starts to play Russian roulette with three passengers, ineffective cop Shingo (Ryo Kase) can’t seem to do anything but stare in disbelief. Three months later Shingo is reunited with one of the other passengers, a janitor named Tetsu (Joe Odagiri). After Shingo voices his own frustration over what happened that night Tetsu offers him a chance to redeem himself and help people at the same time by joining him in a revenge-for-hire venture. Meanwhile, the third passenger (Chiaki Kuriyama) develops a very dangerous pastime.
