A team of heart surgeons with a staggering success rate lose three consecutive patients in one day. A doctor named Taguchi (Yuko Takeuchi) is entrusted with the subsequent investigation but quickly comes to the conclusion that no foul play was involved. The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare doesn’t accept her findings, however, and send short-tempered Mr. Shiratori (Hiroshi Abe) to make sure Taguchi left no stone unturned. Region 2, NTSC.
