The Slit-Mouthed Woman - Sacrament USA

In The Slit-Mouthed Woman (Kanno Byoto: Nureta Akai Kuchibiru, 2005), a young couple go to an abandoned hospital where rumors have been spreading about a “slit-mouthed woman” roaming the halls. Once inside, they scrap the investigation and decide they should sleep together instead. After an extended sex session a ghostly disfigured woman shows up and confronts them. This formula of sex followed by gruesome death is repeated several times in this combination of sexploitation and supernatural horror.
