Time Slip aka GI Samurai

A squadron of modern Japanese soldiers travel 400 years in the past through a rift in time. Their squadron leader Lt. Iba decides to team up with a samurai named Kagatori to defeat his rivals with the help of modern-day technology, and eventually become supreme leader of Japan.
