In Tomie: Beginning, Tomie (Rio Matsumoto) transfers to a new high school and the male students become infatuated with her almost immediately. When they realize how evil she is they cut off her right ear, which squirms off and regenerates. They then attempt to toss her off a cliff, but no matter what they do she can’t die. [Watch trailer]

In Tomie: Revenge, Kazue accidentally runs into a naked girl (Anri Ban) while driving down a mountain road late at night. After an evil-looking glance, the girl gets up and wanders into the woods. Kazue tries to follow her, and ends up at a creepy mansion. Inside the mansion she finds another girl wrapped up in a sleeping bag, apparently on the brink of death. Unable to find the first girl, she brings the second girl to a nearby clinic. A year later a detective approaches Kazue inquiring about the naked girl, believing her to be Tomie. [Watch trailer]
