Tokyo Shock releasing "Zebraman" on Special Edition R1 DVD in November

Media Blasters sub-label Tokyo Shock will be releasing a 2-disc special edition of Takashi Miike's Zebraman in November.

Plot: In 1978 Shinichi became obsessed with a science fiction show about a superhero called Zebraman who fought strange creatures in the year 2010. It is now 2010 and Shinichi takes the opportunity to make his own Zebraman costume to fulfill his long-time dream. However, it quickly becomes clear that the television show he loved so much was actually prophetic, and with strange aliens appearing in the city it's up to him, the new Zebraman, to stop them.

DVD Specs: Region 1, NTSC, anamorphic widescreen 1.85:1, 2 discs. English-dubbed and original Japanese audio included with selectable English subtitles. Features include:
