Ballad: Namonaki Koi no Uta is a 2009 movie directed by Takashi Yamazaki. It was released in Japan on September 5, 2009.

Based on an award-winning Crayon Shin-chan animated movie from 2002, the film centers around a young boy named Shinichi (Akashi Takei) who gets sent back in time to the Sengoku period and saves a general’s life. The general (Tsuyoshi Kusanagi) is in love with Princess Ren (Yui Aragaki), but she is expected to be married to a powerful daimyo named Okura Itakatora (Takao Osawa).
