Box! (2010)

Box! is a Japanese boxing film directed by Toshio Lee. It was released by Toho in Japan on May 22, 2010.

In the film, Hayato Ichihara plays Kabu, a boxer who convinces his bookish best friend Yuki to join his club, sensing his potential. Yuki was bullied in the past, so he feels extra motivation to train and get strong.

The two friends share a friendly rivalry in the gym and have a fun time together, but best friends or not, it’s the nature of the sport that they’ll soon have to face each other in the ring.
