Cyborg She (2008)

Cyborg She is a 2008 Japanese movie directed by Jae-young Kwak. It premiered at the Yubari International Fantastic Film Festival on March 20, 2008 and was released by Gaga Communications in Japan on May 31, 2008.

The film stars Keisuke Koide as a lonely, hapless college student named Jiro who is spending yet another birthday alone. Suddenly, a beautiful girl (Haruka Ayase) shows up. Acting as if she already knows him, she entertains him for a few special hours and claims to be from the future. Then, as quickly as she arrived, she vanishes in a flash of light.

One year later, Jiro meets the girl again, but her personality is very different this time around. He soon discovers that she’s a cyborg with incredible strength and dexterity. During their time together, he begins to develop feelings for her, but is upset that she’s incapable of the same emotions. They eventually part ways, but fate will bring them together again one day…
