Eternal First Love (2010)

Eternal First Love is a Japanese movie directed by Yoshinori Muratani. It was released by Nikkatsu in Japan on September 11, 2010.

In the film, Takashi Tsukamoto plays an Italian restaurant chef named Takeshi who is close friends with a girl named Ruri (Saki Aibu), but he’s hesitant to confess his feelings for her for fear of changing their relationship.

However, when she gets engaged to pianist Yuki (Daisuke Maki), Takeshi regrets his decision and decides to go after her before it’s too late.

When he finally reaches Tokyo to tell her, an unfortunate accident strikes him down. However, Takeshi and Ruri are miraculously brought back together by an ironic twist of fate.
