Hirofumi Arai is a Zainichi Korean actor in Japan. He is currently represented by Anore Inc.

Arai is a high school dropout. Originally intending to go to film school, he moved to Tokyo at 19 and got his first acting role in Isao Yukisada’s 2001 film GO. He has been working steadily as a film actor ever since.
