Hiroko Yakushimaru is an actress and singer. She was born on June 9, 1964 in Aoyama, Minato, Tokyo.
Although Yakushimaru has had a long, successful career in film, televison, and music, her most iconic moment will probably always be a scene from the 1981 film Sailor Suit and Machine Gun in which she guns down a room full of gangsters in slow motion and exasperatedly exclaims “Kaikan!” (pleasure).
