Kaori Momoi

Kaori Momoi is a Japanese actress. She was born on April 8, 1951 in Setagaya, Tokyo.

Momoi grew up in a wealthy family and moved to London at the age of 12 to study dance at the Royal Ballet Academy. After 3 years she returned to Japan where she attended Joshibi High School of Art and Design. She then went to Tokyo Ballet School, but quit ballet soon after graduation to attend Bungakuza School of Dramatic Arts.

In 1971, she made her debut in Kon Ichikawa’s Ai Futatabi.
