You Dance with the Summer (2010)

You Dance with the Summer is a Japanese movie directed by Hideyuki Katsuki. It was released by Toei in Japan on September 11, 2010.

The film stars Junpei Mizobata as an aspiring photographer named Shinpei who returns to his hometown to visit his mother in the hospital. While there, he meets a little girl named Sakura (Ayana Omori), the little sister of his former girlfriend.

Sakura has terminal cancer and doesn’t have long to live, so Shinpei gathers up his friends to help make Sakura’s dream of dancing at the Yosakoi festival a reality.
