Mitsuru Fukikoshi is a Japanese actor. He was born on February 17, 1965 in Kamikita, Aomori Prefecture.

Fukikoshi married actress Leona Hirota on December 24, 1994. They had one child before divorcing on December 12, 2005. On October 26, 2008, Hirota announced their reconciliation on her Fuji TV show “Appare!! Sanma-shin Kyoju”.
