The Chef of South Polar (2009)

The Chef of South Polar, is a Japanese movie directed by Shuichi Okita. It’s based on two autobiographical novels by Jun Nishimura and was released by Tokyo Theatres Co., Inc. in Japan on August 8, 2009.

Masato Sakai stars as a cook who travels to Dome Fuji Station near the South Pole to prepare high-class meals consisting of expensive ingredients for the quirky members of a wintering party.
