Toma Ikuta plays Yozo Oba, an artist who’s always had trouble relating to others due to a trauma from his childhood. When he meets a man named Horiki (Yusuke Iseya), he discovers a way to fit in—by living a playboy lifestyle full of womanizing and heavy drinking.
He eventually takes a wife (Satomi Ishihara), but ultimately Horiki’s influence is stronger and Oba continues on his path toward self-destruction.
