Tormented (2011)

Tormented is a Japanese horror movie directed by Takashi Shimizu. It was released by Phantom Film in Japan on September 17, 2011.

In the film, Hikari Mitsushima plays a girl who watches a 3D movie with her younger brother (Takeru Shibuya) when a plush rabbit suddenly jumps out of the screen. Every night after that, a strange spiral staircase appears in the back room, beckoning her brother to enter a mysterious new world. Soon, she’s forced to follow her brother into this amusement park-like world when he’s taken away by an unknown person in a rabbit costume.
