八日目の蝉 Youkame no Semi
Rebirth is a Japanese movie directed by Izuru Narushima and based on a novel by Mitsuyo Kakuta. It was released by Shochiku in Japan on April 29, 2011.
Hiromi Nagasaku plays a woman named Kiwako who kidnaps the baby daughter of a man she’s having an affair with. The daughter, Erina, grows up (now played by Mao Inoue and winds up having an affair of her own which leads to pregnancy.
