Seiji Chiba

Seiji Chiba is a Japanese film director, producer, and screenwriter. He was born on November 11, 1964 in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture.

After graduating from University, Chiba found a normal day job. In his spare time, he took lessons on the basics of film. In 1990, he quit his job and moved to Los Angeles to study film production, screenwriting, and editing. After returning home, he got experience in production and direction by working on several independent films.
