Soredemo Hana wa Saiteiku (2011)

Soredemo Hana wa Saiteiku is a Japanese omnibus movie directed by Ken Maeda which is based on his own 2009 novel of the same name. It was released by K Dash and Link Rights in Japan on May 7, 2011.

The film features three separate segments with people dealing with problems they can’t talk about.

Takashi Nishina plays a lecturer at a well-known cram school shouldering the burden of an indiscretion involving a young female student.

Kenichi Takito plays a man who’s felt rejection his whole life due to his ugliness, so he trespasses in another man’s residence in an attempt to experience his life.

Hiroyuki Hirayama plays a man who can’t seem to get over the loss of his beloved mother.
