Tae Kimura stars as Kiyoko, the only woman out of 24 people stranded on an uninhabited island. Kiyoko and her husband Takashi (Shingo Tsurumi) are washed ashore followed shortly by 16 Japanese and 6 Chinese men.
A strange pseudo community forms as everyone tries to assert their spots in the pecking order. Far from modern civilization, Kiyoko must do whatever it takes to survive.
