Meisa Kuroki (黒木メイサ / KUROKI Meisa) is an actress, pop singer, and a model for the fashion magazine “JJ”. She was born Satsuki Shimabukuro (島袋さつき / SHIMABUKURO Satsuki) on May 28, 1988 in Heneko, Nago, Okinawa prefecture.

Kuroki’s late father was half Japanese, half Brazillian-American and her mother is Japanese. She is close friends with fellow Sweet Power talent office member Maki Horikita, and the two of them even did a photobook together entitled missmatch in 2006.
