Seiji Chihara (千原靖史 / CHIHARA Seiji) is a Japanese actor and comedian. He is also part of a manzai comedy duo called the “Chihara Brothers” with his younger brother, Koji Chihara. He was born on January 25, 1970 in Fukuchiyama, Kyoto prefecture.
