Takashi Okamura (岡村隆史 / OKAMURA Takashi) is a member of the comedy duo Ninety-Nine along with former soccer player Hiroshi Yabe. The two of them also appear on the comedy program Mecha-Mecha Iketeru! which usually consists of comedic celebrity interviews, elaborate pranks, absurd group challenges, and recurring skits that occasionally involve some sort of penalty game.

Okamura is an accomplished break dancer and is a former member of Osaka’s Angel Dust Breakers. To this day he often resorts to break dancing as part of his comedy.

He was born on July 3, 1970 in Osaka City, Osaka.
