Takeshi Yamamoto (山本剛史 / YAMAMOTO Takeshi) is a Japanese actor. He was born on August 1, 1976 in Aichi Prefecture.

Yamamoto went to junior high school with film director Nobuhiro Yamashita. They attended different high schools, but made an independent film together as teenagers. This experience caused Yamashita to decide to become a director instead of an actor.
