Tomoe Shinohara (篠原ともえ / SHINOHARA Tomoe) is a Japanese singer, television personality, actress, designer, and music producer. She was born on March 29, 1979 in Oume-ku, Tokyo.

In the late 90s, Shinohara’s intense personality and flamboyant clothing choices sparked a boom in individualism in fashion.
