Trailer - The X From Outer Space (Uchu Daikaiju Guilala)

The space ship AAB-Gamma is sent to Mars to investigate reports of UFOs in the area. They encounter one of these UFOs along the way which coats the hull of their ship with strange spores. They take some of these spres back to earth and it eventually grows into the giant monster Guilala and begins to trample Japan.
