A series of cannibalistic killings in which the victim's necks were napped and brains removed have police baffled. With a few lucky breaks they're able to identify the perpetrator as a young woman named Chizuru (Yukiko Okamoto), but when they finally track her down they find her dead -- her brain shriveled up and surrounded by ulcers. Unfortunately for them, however, her murderous spirit lives on in a new body.
