Full trailer for Ataru Oikawa‘s 2007 horror film Apartment 1303.
Plot: An underpriced apartment with an ocean view and spacious interior proves itself to be too good to be true, as its residents keep committing suicide shortly after moving in. It isn’t long before the violent history of apartment 1303 is revealed, causing Mariko (Noriko Nakagoshi), the sister of one of the victims, to face the evil presence inside.
