Based on a visual novel which was later adapted to manga and anime, Higurashi no Naku Koro ni is an upcoming movie about a boy named Keiichi (Goki Maeda) who moves to a small village named Hinamizawa and quickly becomes popular with his new peers. However, after the annual Watanagashi Festival he discovers the town’s dark secret.
