In an effort to get citizens to become more productive members of society, the Japanese government begins issuing selective “ikigami”, informing people that they only have 24 hours to live.

@yobgol Most DVDs are interlaced to look better on older TVs. It does seem a bit tougher for PC players to deinterlace Viz releases though (Thu. 4:47pm)
