A real estate agent’s sister (Yuko Daike) has a bad feeling about a property he’s just sold. She insists he help her perform a ceremony to help cleanse the house of its negative energy. Unfortunately the malevolent presence residing in the house proves to be too powerful and the ghost of Kayako Saeki (Takako Fuji) claims more victims.
