Second Teaser - Rinco’s Restaurant (Shokudo Katatsumuri)

The official website for Mai Tominaga’s upcoming film Rinco’s Restaurant has been updated with a new teaser which thankfully shows a bit more than the first teaser did.

The story is based on a bestselling novel by Ito Ogawa about a relationship between a mother and her daughter. Kou Shibasaki plays the daughter, who returns home to her mother (Kimiko Yo) after being so heart-broken that she loses her voice. She opens a small restaurant but only takes one reservation per day, putting all her effort and cooking skills into preparing that one meal.

“Rinco’s Restaurant” will be released by Toho on February 6, 2010.
