Trailer - Magare! Spoon

Here’s the full trailer for Katsuyuki Motohiro’s Magare! Spoon (magare = bend), which is set to premiere at the Tokyo International Film Festival on October 20, 2009 under the English title “Go Find a Psychic!”. Toho will be releasing it publicly in Japan on November 11th.

Plot: Every Christmas Eve, an ESP party is held at Cafe de Kinesis. The participants, who refer to themselves as “ESPers”, have this one night a year to show off the powers they normally hide in their daily lives. Meanwhile, Yone Sakurai (Masami Nagasawa), the assistant director of a paranormal TV show, arrives at the cafe through a strange twist of fate. Her presence throws the ESPers into a panic, but they have to control their powers out of fear that she may discover their secret. To make matters worse, they detect an ESP faker in their midst. Can the real ESPers figure out how to make Yone leave without causing any trouble?
