Trailer - Non-ko (Nonko 36-sai: Kaji-tetsudai)

A woman named Nobuko Bando (Maki Sakai) returns home to her family after failing in her attempt to make it big as a celebrity entertainer (stage name: Non-ko) and a very brief marriage to her manager. Now 36, she resigns herself to doing domestic chores at the Shinto shrine her family runs and meets a naive young man named Masaru (Gen Hoshino) whose ambitions don’t go much further than selling baby chicks. However, his upbeat nature gradually changes her pessimistic outlook on life. Slated for release in Japan on December 20, 2008.
