In a parallel world a deadly game is played in which every person named “Sato” is hunted down and killed, simultaneously killing that person in both realities. When Tsubasa Sato (Takuya Ishida) finds himself trapped in this world he must evade strange masked pursuers while protecting the alternate version of his sister (Mitsuki Tanimura). Due to a stipulation in the rules, anyone who is able to escape death for a week gets any wish granted.
